Humanity is in sustainability crisis and global warming speeds up the sixth extinction.
This site hopes to help in finding better and more sustainable ways of living.

Method is simple:
- Short stories are soft intros to topics of sustainability.
- After stories some data is provided to deepen the themes.
- Answering few questions new information is internalised.
- Concluding to discuss the answers and thoughts with a friend gives another view and perspective on how themes relate.
I believe in:
- Power of storytelling. It is an ancient form of transferring wisdom and good practices since invention of fire.
- Science and research. Scientific data on climate crisis is indisputable.
- Power of people. As politicians have been impotent to react to global warming and the sixth extinction, I believe in small deeds of all of us. Each decision can improve or worsen the crisis. We all count!
- Dealing with the root causes. Overpopulation and -consumption. Too many people want too many things on this finite planet.
- Motivation to act. Even smallest deeds count, as more and more people do them on daily bases. You may start on small things, but when you stick to consuming less and smarter and instead of throwing something away you have it repaired, it makes a difference!
- Searching. We are a curious species. We have made the planet-wide mess, we can also clear it. As we are on new, unexplored grounds, there are no ready answers. There also are no specialists, since nobody has been in the future. Also, as our current ways caused the climate crisis, the solution is something different.
- Global effect. Ecosystems and climate are interlinked in a global network. Thus changes in climate concern denialisms, activists, common people as well as wild and domestic animals and plants. There is no field of life that will not be affected.
- Nature. We must rewrite the rules on the use of planetary resources so, that they guide to more sustainable use of human conquered land and water areas and help to save the unspoiled and to conserve the spilled spaces.
- Courage. Dare to speak out. Dare to raise discussion on the necessity of humanity to change direction. If we do not react, our planetary system will change any way. Uncontrollably.
- Action. It speaks louder than words. We all are responsible. When more of us will do at least one climate friendly decision each day, the boat of humanity starts changing course. We are social animals. Once it becomes more commonplace to replace meat with vegetables, say no to flying and yes to walking in a park, meadow or forest or not to buy flash fashion, we are walking the better track.
We are the people – we are the change
Unfortunately – and luckily – people are versatile and can use the same tools and understanding to either destructive or constructive action.
Human mind has a tendency to opt for own short term comfort. We also are inclined not to give up any current benefits, but rather to want more.
To get out of climate crisis we as a species need to re-think our values and abandon some theories that have constructed the current situation.
